Privacy Policy
1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy applies to the Solitaire card game available at this website ("we", "us", or "our"). We operate a purely client-side, in-browser card game with no back-end server, no user accounts, and no data infrastructure.
2. Information We Collect
We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal information whatsoever. Specifically:
- We do not collect your name, email address, or any contact details.
- We do not use local storage or IndexedDB to store any personally identifiable information.
3. How the Game Works
All game logic — card shuffling, scoring, move validation, and rendering — runs entirely within your web browser using JavaScript. No data is sent to any server at any point. When you close or refresh the browser tab, the current game state is discarded. Nothing is retained between sessions.
4. Third-Party Services
This game loads fonts from Google Fonts via a standard CDN request. This request may expose your IP address to Google's servers as part of the standard HTTPS request process. Google's privacy practices are governed by the Google Privacy Policy. This is the only third-party service in use.
We have no affiliate relationships, sponsorships, or data-sharing arrangements with any other third party.
5. Children's Privacy
Our game is suitable for all ages. Because we collect no data from anyone, there is no special risk to children. We do not knowingly collect information from any user, including those under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction).
6. Data Security
Since we collect no data, there is no data to secure, breach, or misuse. The game runs entirely in your browser and all state is discarded when you leave the page.
7. Your Rights
Because we hold no data about you, rights such as access, rectification, erasure, and portability under applicable privacy regulations (including GDPR and CCPA) are not applicable — there is simply nothing to act upon.
8. Changes to This Policy
If we ever change this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the game after any such change constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will never introduce data collection without prominently disclosing it here first.
